HVAC Counter Sales Representative

*Counter Sales Representative* *Ashtabula, Ohio* Webb Supply Company Webb Supply Company is a well-recognized name in the HVAC Equipment and Supply business with locations in Cleveland, Elyria, Akron, Ashtabula and Youngstown.
We are a local providers of, heating, air conditioning and plumbing products, selling to major and minor HVAC contractors as well as other unique accounts in Northeast Ohio.
We are looking for a talented person with an entrepreneurial spirit to become a Counter Sales Representative at our Ashtabula, OH location.
Responsibilities of this position will include: * Assist in the day to day activities within the branch and assist in the effective operation of the branch location * Work with team members to increase the sales results and market share of our lead product lines.
* Manage inventory through current systems and processes * Build relationships with current key customers and assist in cultivating new accounts.

Job Requirements Qualifications and Experience: * Experience in the HVAC industry.
* Experience selling in distribution and wholesale channels * Technical field experience a plus but not required * Proficient computer skills for reporting requirements as well as access and use of the company software system - NetSuite * Excellent communications skills * Ability to develop strong business relationships and alliances, externally and internally * Good business judgment * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time wisely * Strong desire to meet goals and objectives * Maintains a sense of urgency, proactive * Ability to solve problems effectively * Creative approach to problem solving * Local travel Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
