*Sales Manager / Admissions Coordinator - Senior Living Job Summary: *The Sales Manager will act as a consultant for Skilled Nursing and Senior Living services.
This role involves cultivating relationships with potential residents and families, helping them to transition to the next level of care, and guiding them through the decision-making journey with compassion and knowledge to drive revenue growth.

_ *Sales Manager / Admissions Coordinator Responsibilities:* * Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other referral sources to increase referrals to the organization.
* Conduct facility tours to potential patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Collaborate with the floor nurse to ensure a smooth transition for admission of all new patients.
* Oversee all incoming referrals, coordinate in-person tours, and obtain pre-authorization from insurance companies.
* Assist in the discharge process to other levels of care.
* Maintain accurate records of all marketing and sales activities.
* Attend local healthcare and community events to network and promote the facility.
*Sales Manager / Admissions Coordinator Qualifications:* * Experience in healthcare sales or admissions.
* Industry experience in SNF/LTC and/or Senior Living * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
* Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Prior experience as a hospital discharge planner is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.
