Luxury Apartment Community in need of a part-time leasing consultant.
This is a permanent part-time position.
Hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10AM-5PM and Saturday 11AM-4PM.
Opportunity for occasional additional hours for vacation fill-in, events, etc.
Duties include customer service, miscellaneous office duties, taking maintenance/resident requests, showing suites and taking leasing applications, updating social media and ads, and event hosting.
Some leasing/sales experience preferred, but not necessary for the right candidate.
Computer skills a MUST.
Willingness to obtain a real estate license a plus! Must be professional, customer service oriented, and have a pleasant personality.
Hourly pay to commensurate with candidate's level of experience, plus lease commissions.
