We are seeking a versatile Hospitality Specialist to join our team.
This role is designed for a dynamic individual capable of wearing multiple hats within our hotel and B&B operations.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a love for wine and food, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
From front desk operations to guest services to basic computer tasks, this role requires flexibility, creativity, and a can-do attitude.
*Responsibilities:*

* Guest Services: Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and personalized service throughout their stay.
Handle reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and address any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care.
* Housekeeping Oversight: Coordinate and sometimes participate in daily housekeeping and maintenance tasks to ensure all rooms and common areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
* Wine Knowledge: Acquire knowledge about our wines and the Grand River Valley wine region to offer recommendations and conduct tastings for guests.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with all team members to foster a positive work environment and ensure operational excellence across the estate.
* Eagerness to engage with guests
* Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable hotel and winery experience.
* Uphold all winery standards and policies, including health and safety protocols.
*Qualifications*
* Experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field preferred.
* Passion for the hospitality industry, with a desire to learn about wine and culinary arts.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Basic culinary skills are a plus, but not required.
* Must be at least 21 years of age, with a valid driver's license.
