Accountant Part Time

Position: Accountant Part Time General Job Description: This position will report directly to the General Manager of T & T Machine, Inc.
The position will have full responsibility for all general accounting aspects of the company.
The position will be a part-time job estimating 20 – 25 hours per week Can work remotely from home with a minimum of 2 days in the office Duties and Responsibilities: Will be in charge of all accounting for the company QuickBooks Online Enter job data into E2 (Job Boss) Manufacturing Software program Billing Enter all vendor invoices Process weekly payroll Meet weekly with General Manager to review Accounts Payable for payment Reconcile all bank and credit card statements Prepare monthly financial statements Do analytical analysis directed by General Manager Qualifications 2 or 4-year college degree in accounting or related field 3 – 5 years experience in doing general and operational accounting in a small to medium business A complete working knowledge of QuickBooks online.
Past experience in financial statement preparation with light financial analysis Above-average communication skills
