EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
An employee in this class performs moderately complex fiscal functions across all programs and confidential responsibilities for the Mental Health Base Service Unit and the agency.
These tasks require strong interpersonal and organizational skills, sensitivity, good judgment, and are date and time sensitive.
This position works closely with providers, Administrative Case Managers, and mental health consumers to ensure timely delivery of appropriate services.
Work is performed by following specific policies and procedures and through daily assignments.
An employee in this position will prepare a Fiscal Risk Assessment, review provider audits, perform fiscal monitoring, and prepare a fiscal monitoring report of our providers for all programs.
Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employmentWork hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
Overtime as needed.
